Jamshedpur, 05 June 2024: Horticultural Society Jamshedpur is proud to announce the celebration of 51st World Environment Day under the global theme of “Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Resilience”. This important day was marked by planting saplings to develop a rose garden in collaboration with Tata Steel UISL team.
On the occasion, Mrs. Sumita Nupur, President, Horticultural Society Jamshedpur and Mr. Pranay Sinha, Chief Corporate Affairs, TSL planted a rose sapling. The following officials were also present on the occasion Mr. B K Maiti, Vice President, Dr. Anuradha Mohapatra GL Secretary, Mr. Jayanta Ghosh, Mr. A K Srivastava, Mr. Bipin Kumar, Mr. K Shaw, Mr. Alok Choudhary, Mr. Manoj Kumar, Mr. Chandan Dalal, Mr. SB Mandal and Mr. Kamal Kishore and other members of the Society present on the occasion.
